בראסרי ליפ, 2008

ליפ (בצרפתית: Lipp) הוא בראסרי הנמצא בשדרות סן ז'רמן ברובע השישי של פריז.

היסטוריה

ב-27 באוקטובר 1880 פתח לאונרד ליפ ביחד עם אשתו את בראסרי ליפ בשדרות סן ז'רמן. לאונרד ליפ, שהיה ממוצא אלזסי, פתח בראסרי בו הוגשו שוקרוט ובירה. המקום היווה מקום מפגש פופולרי לאמנים ואינטלקטואלים, נהגו לפקוד את המקום אלבר קאמי, רומן גארי, מרסל פרוסט, פול ורלן, אנטואן דה סנט-אכזופרי, ארנסט המינגוויי, אנדרה מאלרו וברנאר פיבו. מאז שנת 1935 מוענק מדי שנה, בבראסרי ליפ פרס ספרותי.

הבראסרי מעוצב בסגנון בל אפוק. הוא הוכרז בידי משרד התרבות הצרפתי כאתר היסטורי מוגן.
