אנטוניו פרנסיסקו בונפים לופס (בפורטוגזית: Antônio Francisco Bonfim Lopes; נולד ב-24 במאי 1976), המכונה גם "נֶם", הוא ראש קרטל סמים ברזילאי ואחד ממנהיגי ארגון הפשע "אמיגוס דוס אמיגוס".[1] לופס היה בעל שווי נטו של 100 מיליון ריאל (60 מיליון דולר), המנהיג הבלתי מעורער של כל ענייני הסחר בסמים בפאבלה רוסיניה שברִיוֹ ומותג על ידי ממשלת ברזיל כ"אויב הציבור מספר 1".[2]

ביוני 2016 הוא זכה לביוגרפיה שכתב העיתונאי האנגלי מישה גלני לאחר סדרת ראיונות שנם העביר לו בכלא. הספר, שנקרא "כנופיות ריו", מספר את חייו של סוחר הסמים מההגעה לפאבלה רוסיניה ועד למעצרו בשנת 2011.[3]

ראשית חייו

לופס נולד באזור הדרומי של ריו דה ז'ניירו. הוריו עברו מפאראיבה, מדינה בצפון ברזיל כדי להימלט מהעוני שם. לפני שהיה מעורב בסחר בסמים, לופס עבד כנער משלוחים בחברת מגזינים.[4]

קריירה פלילית

לופס הפך לאכוף חוק ומאבטח של מנהיג אמיגוס דוס אמיגוס, ארסמאר רודריגס מורירה, הידוע גם בכינויו "בֵם-טֵי-וי". כאשר נהרג מורירה בשנת 2005, רצח לופס את יורשו של מורירה, אורלנדו חוזה רודריגס ותפס את השלטון כמנהיגו החדש של הארגון בשנת 2007.[5] בתקופת שלטונו על רוסיניה היו ללופס 120 מתנקשים חמושים והיה אחראי ליותר מ-60% מהקוקאין הנצרך בריו.[6] היו לו קשרים עם סוחרי קוקאין בבוליביה והוא היה מייבא 200 ק"ג של קוקאין מבוליביה מדי חודש.[7] לופס התגורר באחוזה מפוארת בת 3 קומות בריו וזכה למוניטין בזכות מסיבותיו ויחסיו עם ידוענים רבים.

באמצעות חקירה של התובע הכללי במדינת מינאס גראיס, נמצא קשר ידידות בין נם לשוער העבר ברונו פרננדס דה סוזה. על פי החקירה, חברותו עם השוער הבטיחה לסוחר השפעה חזקה בגזרות מחוץ לקהילה. בין התיקים הפליליים הרבים, נם היה אחראי לרציחות ולהסתרת גוויותיהן של שתי נשים צעירות.[8]

המעצר בשנת 2011

ב-10 בנובמבר 2011 עצרה המשטרה הפדרלית את לופס, שהתחבא בתוך מכונית טויוטה קורולה, שיצאה מרוסיניה.[9] לופס ניסה לשחד את המשטרה בסכום של 570,000 דולר אך הם סירבו לו כאשר הנהג טען לחסינות דיפלומטית.[10] לופס נידון ל-12 שנים בכלא פדרלי שמור של מחלקת הכלא הלאומית, באשמת סחר לא חוקי בסמים. לאחר מעצרו, נכבשה רוסיניה על ידי היחידה המשטרתית לשמירת השלום, שהוקמה על ידי מזכיר ביטחון הפנים של ריו, ז'וסה בלטראמה, במטרה להשיב את הפאבלות לשליטת המדינה.[11]
