איגוד תעשיית ההקלטות הטורקי (בטורקית: Bağlantılı Hak Sahibi Fonogram Yapımcıları Meslek Birliği ובקיצור Mü-Yap) הוא הארגון המרכזי המייצג את ענף ההקלטות של טורקיה. האיגוד הוא גם חבר בפדרציה הבינלאומית לתעשייה הפונוגרפית.

נכון למאי 2019, האיגוד כולל בתוכו כ-194 חברים, המהווים חלק של 80% מתעשיית המוזיקה הטורקית.[1]

היסטוריה

Mü-Yap הוקם בשנת 2000 עם כניסתי של חוק 5846 בחוקה הטורקית לתוקף. בשנת 2010, Mü-Yap לקח חלק בסגירתו של Fizy, שירות סטרימינג מקוון פופולרי, בטענה שהוא מפר זכויות יוצרים.[2] בסוף 2012, לאחר שנפתחה חנות המוזיקה הדיגיטלית אייטונס,[3] הופעל לחץ על האיגוד שיפעל בנושא זכויות היוצרים שם.[4]

אותו המהלך, נחשב לסוף המונופול של Mü-Yap בעולם המוזיקה הדיגיטלי. בישיבה כללית שערך בשנת 2013, הודיע האיגוד על נסיגתו מהשוק הדיגיטלי.[5]
