Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour ( Larabci: منير فخري عبد النور; Coptic; an haife shi a ranar 21 ga watan Agusta shekara ta alif 1945) ɗan kasuwan Masar ne kuma ɗan siyasa.[1][2]

An haifi Abdel Nour a cikin dangin Kirista na 'yan Koftik a ranar 21 ga watan Agusta 1945.[3] Mahaifinsa, Amin Fakhry Abdel Nour (1912 - 2012), ɗan siyasan wafdist ne. [4]

Abdel Nour dan kasuwa ne.[6] Ya fara aikinsa a matsayin wakili a Masar da Gabas ta Tsakiya na bankin Faransa "Banque de l'Union Européenne" sannan ya koma American Express International Banking Corporation a matsayin mataimakin shugaban kasa a Masar. Daga baya ya kafa Kamfanin Kuɗi na Masar. A shekarar 1983 ya kafa Kamfanin Faransa na Masar don Masana'antu na Agro-Industries (Kamfanin Vitrac )i Ya kasance memba na hukumar musayar hannayen jari ta Alkahira da Alexandria, Tarayyar Masana'antu ta Masar., [7] cibiyar nazarin tattalin arziki na ƙasashe masu tasowa a Alkahira university.
Daga nan Abdel Nour ya shiga siyasa. Ya tsaya takara a zaben shekara alif 1995, amma ya sha kaye. Ya lashe kujera a babban zaben shekara ta alif 2000. kuma an zabe shi Shugaban 'yan adawa a Majalisa. Daga baya aka zabe shi a matsayin babban sakataren jam'iyyar Wafd. [4] Bayan juyin juya halin 25 ga Janairu an nada shi ministan yawon bude ido a majalisar ministoci karkashin jagorancin firayim minista Ahmed Shafiq a watan Fabrairun 2011.[8][9] Abdel Nour ya gaji Zoheir Garranah a mukamin. Ya shiga cikin kafa "National Ceto Front" a ranar 23 ga watan Nuwamba 2012 kuma daga baya aka zabe shi a matsayin Babban Sakatare. A wannan matsayi yana cikin wadanda suka shirya zanga-zangar ranar 30 ga watan Yunin 2013 da ta kawo karshen mulkin 'yan uwa musulmi.
A watan Fabrairun 2013 ya shiga majalisar zartaswa karkashin jagorancin Ibrahim Mahlab a matsayin ministan ciniki, masana'antu da zuba jari kuma zai ci gaba da rike madafun ikon kasuwanci da masana'antu har zuwa 18 ga watan Satumba 2015.
