San Vicenzo de Ver é unha parroquia que se localiza no concello de Bóveda, na provincia de Lugo. Pertence ó arciprestado de Santalla de Rei. Segundo o padrón municipal de 2008 tiña 87 habitantes (52 mulleres e 35 homes), distribuídos en 7 entidades de poboación, o que supón unha diminución en relación ao ano 1999 cando tiña 105 habitantes.

Limita coas parroquias de Bóveda e Guntín ó norte, Vilalpape e Ribas Pequenas ó sur, Mosteiro ó leste, e Martín polo oeste.

Historia

No Concilio de Oviedo (século IX) aparece como Vaer nun documento ó sinalizar os lindes da xurisdición do mosteiro de San Vicente do Pino. E con Afonso IX, o mesmo nome aparece nun privilexio a favor da igrexa de Lugo.

Patrimonio

Igrexa parroquial.
  • Igrexa parroquial. Data do século XVII. Edificio de planta rectangular, construído sobre un castro, con muros de cachotaría de lousa enlucidos. A capela maior, diferenciada da nave en planta e alzado, sepáraa da nave un arco rebaixado de medio punto, e ten a sancristía pegada ó alzado norte.
  • Casa Torre de Ver, no lugar de Sucastro. Trátase dun conxunto distribuído ó redor dun patio central, no que hai, á parte do edificio principal, un notable número de edificacións de carácter agrícola. O edificio principal, reconstruído en 1761, segundo reza unha inscrición sobre a porta principal, é unha construción de planta rectangular, con muros de cachotaría de lousa, e cuberta a catro augas, en madeira e lousa.
  • Existe un peto de ánimas de construción recente pero aproveitando materiais dun anterior. Está cuberto por unha cornixa moldurada sobre a que se situou unha cruz latina.
