Francisco José Fernández Blanco, nado na Pobra de Trives o 8 de maio de 1973, é un avogado e político galego que foi alcalde da Pobra de Trives.

Traxectoria

Avogado. Dirixiu a plataforma pro A-76. Nas eleccións municipais de 2007 encabezou a candidatura da Agrupación Trivesa Independiente (ATI) á alcaldía da Pobra de Trives e foi elixido alcalde co apoio do PSdeG-PSOE. Gobernou en coalición cos socialistas que os expulsou do goberno en novembro de 2007[1]. En xuño de 2008 o PPdeG presentou unha moción de censura co apoio dos dous edís do PSdeG, polo cal foron expulsados do partido, e foi relevado da alcaldía[2]. Nas municipais de 2011 recuperou a alcaldía como cabeza da lista máis votada[3].

Nas municipais de 2015 foi reelixido alcalde con maioría absoluta. En decembro de 2017 presentou a súa dimisión como alcalde e concelleiro tras diferenzas co seu equipo de goberno en torno á estación de esquí da localidade[4].
