Éditions M.R[1] est une marque française de prêt-à-porter masculin, créée en 2009 par Rémi de Laquintane et Mathieu de Ménonville sous le nom Melindagloss.

En 2016 la marque présente sa première collection Automne-hiver sous le nom Éditions M.R.

Présentation

La marque est citée par certains médias[Lesquels ?] pour avoir inventé le « low-key luxury »[Quoi ?][2],[3],[4],[5].

Au-delà de la mode, Rémi de Laquintane et Mathieu de Ménonville collaborent avec la maison de Cognac Godet[6], reçoivent pour des avant-premières au Cinéma de Beaubourg[7] ou proposent dans leurs boutiques d'expositions d'art contemporain[8].

La marque connait le succès à l'international, notamment au Japon et aux États-Unis[9]. En plus d'une distribution multimarques internationale, Éditions M.R possède une boutique à Paris[9], où l'on trouve ses collections de prêt-à-porter, ainsi que des costumes confectionnés en France, à Limoges[10]. Éditions M.R (Melindagloss) est présente dans le calendrier de la semaine de la mode homme à Paris en pour leur collection automne / hiver 2013-14[11]. En 2015, Melindagloss n'atteint pas le podium au 3e jour des défilés parisiens, mais fait une présentation statique[12],[13].

Après avoir vendu ses parts à l’investisseur entré en 2015 au capital de la griffe, la holding Superga Fashion, Rémi de Laquintane a lancé en 2017 sa nouvelle griffe, « Laquintane », réservée à la femme[14].
