Solar Foods est une entreprise alimentaire fondée en 2017 et basée à Vantaa, en Finlande. Elle produit de la soléine, une protéine d'origine unicellulaire issue d'un procédé de fermentation gazeuse au cours duquel des micro-organismes consomment de l'hydrogène et du dioxyde de carbone[1]. Cela produit une poudre protéinée semblable à de la farine, utilisable comme ingrédient de produits alimentaires[2].
