Ryōtarō Abe (阿部 亮太郎, Abe Ryōtarō?), né en 1962 dans la préfecture de Tokyo, est un compositeur et professeur japonais.

Il effectue ses études à l'Université des arts de Tokyo où il se spécialise en composition et dont il est diplômé en 1989. Il est membre du corps professoral de l'école de musique de l'Université de l'éducation située à Jōetsu à Jōetsu dans la préfecture de Niigata où il enseigne la composition et l'analyse musicale.
