Emma Roldán a joué dans plusieurs films parmi les plus importants de Fernando de Fuentes dont El prisionero trece et El compadre Mendoza, tous deux faisant partie de sa trilogie sur la révolution et aussi dans Allá en el Rancho Grande (es).
