L'équipe du pays de Galles féminine de rugby à XV est l'équipe nationale qui représente le pays de Galles dans les compétitions internationales féminines majeures de rugby à XV : la Coupe du monde, le Tournoi des Six Nations et le WXV. Elle est constituée par une sélection des meilleures joueuses galloises.

L'équipe du pays de Galles féminine de rugby à XV dispute son premier match officiel le contre l'Angleterre à Pontypool au pays de Galles. Liza Burgess est la capitaine de l'équipe et elles sont battues 22 à 4 par les Anglaises[1].

Lors du Tournoi des Six Nations 2009, le pays de Galles remporte la première Triple couronne de son histoire en battant les trois autres nations britanniques (Angleterre, Écosse, Irlande)[2],[3].

En , en vue de la Coupe du monde 2021 (jouée à l'automne 2022 à cause de la pandémie de Covid-19), il est annoncé que vingt-cinq joueuses galloises se voient proposer des contrats professionnels pour la première fois de leur histoire[4].

À l'issue du Tournoi des Six Nations 2024, l'équipe du pays de Galles se classe à la dernière place avec seulement une victoire en cinq rencontres[5].

De jusqu'à sa démission, en , le sélectionneur est Rowland Phillips (en)[7],[8]. Darren Edwards et Chris Horsman effectue l'intérim dans l'attente d'une nouvelle nomination à ce poste[8].

À partir de , le nouveau sélectionneur est Warren Abrahams[8].

En , Ioan Cunningham (en) est nommé sélectionneur de l'équipe[9]. Il quitte ses fonctions en novembre 2024, officiellement « d'un commun accord »[10].
