Uusi Elämä on riippumaton yhteiskristillinen herätyslehti, joka ilmestyy kerran kuukaudessa.[1][2]

Se määrittelee itsensä yhteiskristilliseksi, evankelioivaksi, seurakuntia tukevaksi, opettavaksi, profeetalliseksi ja Israelia siunaavaksi julkaisuksi, joka korostaa Jumalan Sanaa ja Pyhän Hengen voimaa. Lehti ilmoittaa pyrkivänsä palvelemaan kaikkia seurakuntia luterilaisesta kirkosta helluntaiherätykseen asti.[1]

Lehden päätoimittajana toimii Pauli Kemi.[1]

Lehti jaetaan 17 000 talouteen Rovaniemellä, minkä lisäksi kristilliset järjestöt, seurakunnat ja yksityiset henkilöt levittävät lehteä. Suurimmillaan lehden painos on ollut noin 45 000 kappaletta ja pienimmillään 10 000 kappaletta.[1][2] Vuosina 2008-2013 painokset ovat olleet keskimäärin 10 000 kappaletta ja useita kymmeniä tuhansia kun lehti on tehnyt evankelioivia suurpainoksia.[3]
