Thomas Lam (s. 18. joulukuuta 1993 Amsterdam, Alankomaat) on hollantilais-suomalainen jalkapalloilija, joka edustaa Kyproksen liigan Apollon Limassolia. Hän on pelipaikaltaan keskuspuolustaja.

Lam siirtyi heinäkuussa 2014 AZ Alkmaarista PEC Zwolleen.[2] Heinäkuussa 2016 hän solmi kolmevuotisen sopimuksen Englannin toiseksi korkeimmalla sarjatasolla pelanneen Nottingham Forestiin kanssa.[3] Kauden 2017–2018 hän pelasi lainalla FC Twentessa ja palasi kesällä 2018 PEC Zwolleen.[4] Elokuussa 2021 Lam siirtyi TsSKA Sofiaan, josta jatkoi yhden kauden jälkeen Melbourne Cityyn.[5] Heinäkuussa 2023 Lam palasi kaksivuotisella sopimuksella PEC Zwolleen.[6] Elokuussa 2024 Lam siirtyi Kyproksen liigaan Apollon Limassolin joukkueeseen.[7]

Thomas Lamilla on suomalainen äiti ja hollantilainen isä, ja hän on pelannut Suomen nuorisomaajoukkueissa[8] ja debytoi A-maajoukkueessa kesäkuussa 2015 ystävyysottelussa Viroa vastaan. Lam valittiin vuoden 2011 lupaavaksi pelaajaksi Suomessa.[9] Lamin pelaaja-agenttina toimi Carmine "Mino" Raiola aina kuolemaansa asti.[10]
