Spercheiáda (kreik. Σπερχειάδα; kath.kreik. Σπερχειάς, Spercheiás; myös Sperchiáda/Sperchiás) on Kreikan kaupunki sekä samanniminen Makrakómin kunnan kunnallisyksikkö (Δημοτική Ενότητα Σπερχειάδος, Dimotikí Enótita Spercheiádos) ja entinen itsenäinen kunta. Se sijaitsee Fthiotiin alueyksikössä Keski-Kreikan alueella. Koko kunnallisyksikön väkiluku on 7 680 ja varsinaisen Spercheiádan kaupungin väkiluku 2 691 (vuonna 2011). Spercheiáda on Makrakómin kunnan kuntakeskus.[1][2]

Spercheiádan kaupunki sijaitsee Keski-Kreikan pohjoisosissa kaupungille nimen antaneen Spercheiós-joen eteläpuolella. Spercheiáda oli itsenäinen kunta vuoden 2010 loppuun saakka. Vuoden 2011 alussa se yhdistettiin Kallikrates-suunnitelmana tunnetun aluehallintouudistuksen myötä Makrakómin kuntaan yhdessä Ágios Geórgios Tymfristoún ja Tymfristóksen kanssa, jolloin se muuttui uuden kunnan kunnallisyksiköksi.[3]
