Minna Lintonen

Minna Helena Lintonen (o.s. Seitsonen, s. 6. lokakuuta 1962 Helsinki) on suomalainen poliitikko. Hän toimi SDP:n kansanedustajana 2003–2007.[1] Lokakuusta 2012 helmikuuhun 2013 Lintonen toimi Forssan kaupunginjohtaja Tapani Venhon sijaisena.[2][3] Hän oli Forssan kaupunginhallituksen puheenjohtaja 2009–2012 ja kaupunginvaltuuston puheenjohtaja 2001–2004 sekä ensimmäinen varapuheenjohtaja 2005–2009.[3]

Koulutukseltaan Lintonen on kasvatustieteen maisteri ja luokanopettaja.[1] Hän työskentelee Tölön alakoulun rehtorina Forssassa.[4]

Maaliskuussa 2012 SDP:n puoluevaltuuston kokouksessa väistynyt puoluesihteeri Mikael Jungner totesi puolueen tarvitsevan "enemmän kristakiuruja ja vähemmän minnalintosia" kritisoiden häntä arvostellutta Lintosta selän takana puhujaksi.[5][6] Myöhemmin Jungner pyysi Lintoselta puheitaan anteeksi.[7] Jungnerin kannanoton jälkeen Lintonen ilmoitti harkitsevansa puolueen jäsenkirjasta luopumista. Myöhemmin hän kertoi pysyvänsä puolueessa, mutta väistyvänsä sen luottamustehtävistä vuoden lopussa.[8] Lintonen pyrki eduskuntaan vuosien 2007,[9] 2011[10] ja 2015 vaaleissa[11] muttei tullut valituksi.

Lintonen on ollut vuodesta 1986 naimisissa Timo-Pekka Lintosen kanssa. Heillä on kolme lasta.[1]
