Kuhmon lentokenttä

Kuhmon lentokenttä (ICAO: EFKH) on Kuhmossa noin viiden kilometrin päässä Kuhmon keskustasta sijaitseva lentopaikka. [1]

Kuhmon lentokentän kivituhka- ja sorapäällysteinen kiitotie on 850 metriä pitkä ja 15 metriä leveä (kivituhkapäällysteen leveys on tästä 12 metriä). Seisonta-alue ja koekäyttöpaikka on asvaltoitu. Kenttä rakennettiin 1960-luvulla. Kentällä on vuonna 2011 valmistunut peltihalli, jossa on sähköt sekä 2021 rakennettu klubirakennus, jossa on juokseva vesi, wifi-verkko ja yöpymismahdollisuus. Kentällä on myös erillinen puucee. Polttoainepistettä ei ole.[1]

Kentällä toimii vuonna 1959 perustettu Kuhmon Ilmailukerho, joka on harjoittanut kentällä moottori- ja purjelentotoimintaa. Kentällä on ollut 2010-luvulta lähtien aktiivista käyttöä ja siellä majailee vakinaisesti useita lentokoneita.[1][2]
