Harvey Fletcher (11. syyskuuta 1884 – 23. heinäkuuta 1981) oli amerikkalainen puheen ja kuulon ominaisuuksien tutkija, joka kehitti vakioäänekkyyskäyrästöä (Fletcher–Munson käyrästöä), äänekkyysasteikkoa ja äänekkyyden summaamista. Hän väitteli 1911.[1][2] [3][4]
