Grevenán alueyksikkö (kreik. Περιφερειακή ενότητα Γρεβενών, Perifereiakí enótita Grevenón) on yksi Kreikan alueyksiköistä. Se sijaitsee Länsi-Makedonian alueella ja sen hallinnollinen keskus on Grevená.[2] Alueyksikön pinta-ala on 2 291 neliökilometriä ja asukasluku 31 757 (vuonna 2011).[1][3]

Alueyksikkö perustettiin vuoden 2011 alussa Kallikrates-suunnitelman myötä ja se korvasi tuolloin lakkautetun Grevenán prefektuurin (Νομός Γρεβενών, Nomós Grevenón).
