Gloucesterin piirikunta (engl. Gloucester County) on Yhdysvaltojen Virginian osavaltiossa sijaitseva piirikunta. Sen väkiluku oli 37 348 vuonna 2019.[1] Piirikunnan hallintokeskus on Gloucester Courthousen kunta.[2] Piirikunta perustettiin vuonna 1651.
