Flakstad on Norjan kunta Lofoottien länsiosassa. Se koostuu Flakstadøyn saaresta ja Moskenesøyn saaren pohjoisosasta. Kunnan nimen alkuperä on epävarma, mutta sen ajatellaan juontavan juurensa sanasta flag, joka tarkoittaa vuorenseinämää. Kunnan läpi kulkee E10-tie, aina Ån kylään saakka. Kunnan asukkaista suurin osa on Lofoottien ulkoreunalla, muun muassa Rambergin ja Fredvangin kalastajakylissä. Vestfjordenin puolella sijaitsevat Sundin, Neslandin ja Nusfjordin kylät.[2]

Vuoden 2023 alussa kunnassa oli 1 220 asukasta.[1]

Talous

Flakstadin kunnan asukkaat saavat pääosin elantonsa kalastuksesta. Kunnan alueella onkin useita kalankasvatuslaitoksia ja pieniä venekuntia, jotka pyytävät kalaa myyntiin. Flakstadissa on myös jonkin verran maataloutta, lähinnä naudan ja lampaiden kasvatusta.
