Binga on maalaiskunta Timbuktun alueen Dirén piirissä Malissa. Sen keskuskylä Salakoira[1] sijaitsee Nigerin haarajoen Oungoudyakin rannalla 25 kilometriä Diréstä etelään. Kunnassa on 3 000 asukasta (vuonna 2009)[2].

Bingan kunnan pinta-ala on arviolta 251,7 neliökilometriä. Se rajoittuu pohjoisessa Dirén piirin Tienkourin, idässä Sareyamoun sekä etelässä ja lännessä Niafunkén piirin Banikane Narhawan kuntiin. Seutu kuuluu Saharan ja Sahelin siirtymäalueeseen. Sen läpi virtaavat Nigerin haarajoet Bara Issa, Mayel Binga ja Manga. Nigerjoen tulvat muodostavat tasangolle osittain kuivuvia tulvajärviä.[3]

Kuntaan kuuluu seitsemän kylää. Asukkaat ovat songhaita, fulbeja ja bozoja.[4] Vallitseva uskonto on islam[3].

Songhait harjoittavat osittain keinokastelun perustuvaa maanviljelyä, fulbet paimentolaisuuteen perustuvaa karjanhoitoa ja bozot kalastusta. Tärkeimmät viljelykasvit ovat durra, hirssi ja riisi. Kotieläimiä ovat naudat, lampaat, vuohet ja siipikarja. Lisäksi harjoitetaan pienimuotoista kaupankäyntiä ja käsityöammatteja. Maatalous kärsii lisääntyvästä kuivuudesta.[3][4].

Palveluihin kuuluvat koulu ja terveysasema[4].
