William Ling (Hemel Hempstead, 1908ko abuztuaren 1a – Brunswick Berria, 1984ko maiatzaren 8a) ingeles futbol epailea izan zen.
1948ko Udako Olinpiar Jokoetan epaile gisa parte hartu zuen eta Suediako eta Jugoslaviako selekzioen arteko finala arbitratu zuen. 1948tik hiru denboraldiz Ingalaterrako Futbol Ligako epaile izan zen eta 1951n Newcastle eta Blackpool taldeen arteko Ingalaterrako Futbol Kopako finala arbitratu zuen.
1954ko Munduko Futbol Txapelketara joateko aukeratutako lau epaile ingelesetako bat izan zen. Hungaria eta Alemaniaren arteko lehen faseko partida erabaki zuen eta baita talde berdinen arteko finala ere.
