Ténès (amazigeraz: ⵜⵏⵙ, Tinas; arabieraz: تنس) Chlef probintziako herria da, ipar-mendebaldeko Aljerian dagoena. Hiriburutik 200 kilometrotara kokaturik, erromatarren garaian Cartennas koloniaren kokalekua zen.[1] 2000. urtean 35.000 biztanle zituen.
