Tajin (amazigeraz: ⵟⴰⵊⵉⵏ, tajin; arabieraz: طجين; frantsesez: tajine) Bereber gastronomiako usadiozko plater bat da, gaur egun Magreb osoan hedatua. Izena berau sukaldatzen den izen berdineko buztinezko eltzetik datorkio.

Su txikian lokatzezko eltzean sukaldatutako eltzekoa da, kono itxurako estalki batez estalia. Estalki honek beroa eta lurruna erregostean nahiz ondorenean mantentzen ditu.
