Osagai nagusia aza duen zopa da stxia (erruzieraz щи), [ɕːi] ahoskatua). Oso ezaguna da Errusiako eta Europako Ekialdeko herrialdeetako gastronomian. Mingarratz handiz eginiko zopa horren aldaera bati stxi berdea (Зелёные щи) esaten zioten Errusian.
