Roldanillo Kolonbiako udalerri bat da, Valle del Cauca departamenduan dagoena. 1576ko urtarrilaren 20an Francisco Redondo Ponce de Leónek sortua, Villa de Cáceres izena eman zion. Indigenen erresistentzia gogorraren ondorioz, 1602an biztanleria Estancia de Roldanilloko lurretara joan behar izan zen, non esklabo afrikarrek azukre-kanaberarako eta abeltzaintzarako trapitxeetan lan egiten zuten. Bigarren herria, San Sebastián de Roldanillo izenarekin, XVI. mendearen amaieran ezagutzen zen. 1892tik udalerria da eta Valle del Cauca departamenduaren iparraldean dago. Santiago de Calitik, departamenduko hiriburua, 149 kilometrora dago.
