Patuxet leinua Wampanoag leinu konfederazioaren parte zen amerindiar leinu bat izan zen. Plymouthen inguruan bizi ziren, eta gaur egun desagerturik daude.
Patuxet leinua izurrite ezberdinen ondorioz desagertu zen, XVII. mendearen hasieran. Ingalaterra Berrian eta Kanadako Itsas Probintzietan 1614tik 1620ra hedatutako gaixotasunek herri batzuetako biztanleen %100a desagertzera eraman zuen. Aita Erromesak iritsi zirenerako, 1620an, Squanto ez ziren beste indiar guztiak hilik zeuden. Ziurenik baztanga eta leptospirosia izan ziren gaixotasun nagusiak.
