Obdulio Jacinto Muiños Varela (Montevideo, 1917ko irailaren 20a – ibidem, 1996ko abuztuaren 2a) uruguaiar futbolaria izan zen, erdilari postuan aritzen zena.
1936an hasi zuen bere kirol ibilbidea, Deportivo Juventud, Montevideo Wanderers eta Club Atlético Peñarol taldeetan jokatu zuen eta 1955ean erretiratu zen.
1939 eta 1954 bitartean 45 partida jokatu zituen Uruguaiko futbol selekzio nazionalarekin. Selekzioko kapitaina izan zen 1950eko Munduko Futbol Txapelketan eta Maracanazo bezala ezagutzen den Brasilen aurkako partida jokatu zuen.
