Molnupirabirra konposatu organikoa da C13H19N3O7 formula duena. Nukleosioden analogoa da[1].
Molnupirabirra, Lagevrio markarrekin saltzen da botika antibiral gisa, hainbat RNA birusek beren burua errepikatzea eragozten duelako. Gripea tratatzeko botika gisa sintetizatu zen lehen aldiz 2018an eta gerora COVID-19a tratatzeko usatu da hainbat herrialdetan (AEBtan eta Erresuma Batuan etsenplurako) SARS-CoV-2-z kutsatutakoak tratatzeko[2][3].
