Izua Gipuzkoako mendatea da, Eibar eta Barinaga (Bizkaia) lotzen dituen errepidean. Lepoak 544 metroko altuera du eta Urko eta Akondia (Arrikrutz) mendien artean kokatzen da. Hainbat txirrindulari probetako ibilbidetan oso erabilia da, batez ere Eibarko aldetik; besteak beste Euskal Herriko Itzulia, Euskal Bizikleta eta Balentziaga Memoriala lasterketetan.
Igoeraren datuak
Eibarko herrigunean hasten den igoera da gogorrena eta ezagunena, 4km luze eta %9,3-ko batazbesteko aldaparekin, beraz 374 metroko igoera metatua du.
Barinaga-ko herrixkan hasten den igoerak 6 km-ko luzera eta %6,5-eko batazbesteko aldapa dauka, beraz 387 metroko igoera metatua du.
