Daniel Eugenio Aranguren Echeverría (Santa Clara, 1946ko maiatzaren 13a)[1] kubatar ingeniaria eta Habanako Euskal Etxeko lehendakariordea da[2][3].

1946ko maiatzaren 13an jaio zen Kubako Santa Clara hirian, Daniel Aranguren Mendizabal eta Emilia Etxeberria Murgiondo gipuzkoarren familian[1]. Haren aita Legazpiko alkatea izan zen 1931tik 1933ra eta Gerra Zibila zela eta erbestera jo zuen[3].

Lau anai-arreba ditu: Libe, Begoña, Antonieta (Ameriketako Estatu Batuetan bizi direnak) eta Emilio (gaur egun Holguíngo apezpikua dena)[1].

Gaztetan kirola egin zuen eta Kubako saskibaloi selekzioko kide izan zen. 1965ean ingeniaritza ikasten hasi zen, baina ez zituen ikasketak amaitu eta topografo gisa hasi zen Nekazaritza Erreformaren Institutu Nazionalean. 1976an itzuli zen Habanako Unibertsitatera eta 1981ean graduatu zen[1].

Nekazaritza Ministerioko Proiektu eta Ingeniaritza Enpresan lan egin zuen[4][1].

2015ean, 11. Euskal Herria Mugaz Gaindi Kuban mintegian eta argazki erakusketan parte hartu zuen[5]. Urte bereko urrian Euskal Herria bisitatu zuen Kanpoan diren Euskal Gizataldeen VI. Mundu Batzarra zela eta. Harrera ofiziala izan zuen Legazpiko udaletxean[3][6]. Horrez gain, 1990ean, 1997an eta 2001ean bisitatu zuen Euskal Herria[1].

Gloria Elena Gonzálezekin ezkondu zen. Alaba bat eta hiru biloba ditu[1].
