Corzettiak (Genoako dialektoan corzétti, /kur"zetti/ ahoskatua) Liguriako (Italiako ipar-mendebaldea) gastronomiako pasta fresko mota da, baita Novi Ligure inguruan ere, Alessandriako probintzian, Piemonte eskualdean.
Bi corzetti mota daude: Genovako probintziako haran nagusietako bat den Val Polcevera-ko bereizgarriak direnak, zortzi formakoak, eta corzétti stanpæ-ak, pasta zirkulu mehe txikiak direnak, zigilu baten moduan egurrezko tresna batekin egindako apaingarri estanpatua dutenak.
Genovako erdigune historikoan oraindik ere badaude eskuz corzettiak egiten dituzten pasta-dendak, eta baita horiek ekoizteko beharrezkoak diren egurrezko zigiluak ere fabrikatzen dituztenak.
