Animalia-epaiketa gizaki ez ziren animaliei XVIII. eta XIX. mendeetan Europan egin zitzaizkien epaiketak izan ziren.

Epaiketa kasuak

1386an, Falaisen (Frantzia), txerri eme bat epaitu zuten haur baten hilketa leporatuta. Guiot de Monfort udal idazkariak xehetasun osoz jaso zituen auziaren nondik norakoak.
