Aintzira Mikatz Handia (arabieraz: البحيرة المرة الكبرى‎, al-Buḥayrah al-Murra al-Kubrā) Egiptoko ur gaziko lakua da, Suezko ubidearen iparraldeko eta hegoaldeko aldeen artean kokatua. Aintzira Mikatz Txikiaren jarraian dago (al-Buhayrah al-Murra as-Sughra). Bi lakuek batera 250 km-ko azalera hartzen dute. Iparraldetik ere komunikatzen da, Suezko ubidetik, Manzala lakuarekin eta Timah lakuarekin.[1]

Aintziraren eta itsasoaren arteko komunikazioa zuzena da Suezko ubidearen bidez, tarteko esklusarik gabe; hala, lakuan lurruntzearen ondorioz galdutako uraren ordez itsasoko ura erabiltzen da etengabe. Lakuak mareek eragindako korronteen efektua arintzen laguntzen du, metagailu baten gisan.[2]
