Aniplex of America Inc. o Aniplex USA es la empresa de distribución estadounidense de Aniplex, propiedad de Sony Music Entertainment Japan, establecida en marzo de 2005 en Santa Mónica, California, para reforzar su negocio estadounidense de licencias en el mercado internacional de anime. Aniplex of America posee un minorista en línea llamado Aniplex+ y un servicio de streaming llamado Aniplex Channel. Ambos están basados en su sitio web. En 2017, se anunció el nombramiento de Shu Nishimoto como presidente de la empresa,[2]​ y el expresidente Hideki "Henry" Goto se convirtió en jefe de desarrollo de negocios internacionales de la sucursal de Tokio.

En septiembre de 2019, se anunció que el gerente general de Funimation, Colin Decker, está dispuesto a dirigir la compañía. Han sido criticados por no ofrecer reembolsos por compras en el juego móvil Magia Record, mismo que cerró su versión en inglés el 29 de septiembre de 2020.[3]​

Right Stuf Anime distribuye sus conjuntos de videos caseros en el mercado norteamericano y sus títulos generalmente se transmiten en Crunchyroll, Funimation, Hulu y HIDIVE, y ocasionalmente en Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max y Disney+.

Aniplex of America ha anunciado el lanzamiento global de TSUKIHIME (A piece of blue glass moon), así como eventos especiales relacionados con otras series populares[4]​
