Robert KVASNAK (kutime Robb; kun akcentoj Kvašňák) naskiĝis la 27an de aprilo de 1947 en Vaŝingtono, la ĉefurbo de Usono; li mortis la 13an de februaro de 2022. Li studis en Frankfurto-ĉe-Majno kaj je la instigoj de la membroj de ROMOLO (Rhein-Main-Ligo Esperantista), aparte de Gernot Ritterspach kaj Elfriede Kruse, li akceptis dum tempo la prezidantecon de la grupo kiu tiam renkontiĝis en Haus Dornbusch.

Robert Kvasnak poste forlasis Germanion por helpi al siaj malsanaj gepatroj en Florido, Usono; tie li doktoriĝis en la temo Dua-Lingvo-Akirado en la fako de pedagogio en decembro de 2007. Ekde januaro 2008 li instruis ĉe Florida Atlantika Universitato pri la akirado de la angla kiel dua lingvo sed ankaŭ pri la instruado de fremdaj lingvoj kaj pri la konceptoj de edukado tra la tuta mondo.
