Mazda Akcia Kompanio (japane マツダ株式会社, macuda kabuŝikigaiŝa; angle Mazda Motor Corporation)(pli frue (1927–84) Toyo Cork Kogyo Ltd.) estas japana veturilprodukta entrepreno kun sidejo en Fuĉu-urbeto en Aki-distrikto en la Hiroŝima Prefektujo, kiu produktas aŭtomobilojn, ŝarĝaŭtojn, aŭtobusojn. La firmao estas ano de la Sumitomo-grupo. La nunan nomon uzas la firmao ekde 1984.

La entreprenon fondis en 1920 Matsuda Jujiro (prononco: macuda ĝuuĝiroo), por prilaboro de korko. Ekde 1931 ekproduktis la firmao la unuajn veturilojn, triradan ŝarĝaŭto-familion, el kiu ĝi produktis dum la sekvaj 25 jaroj ĉ. 200 000 ekzemplerojn. Dum la dua mondmilito, ĝi produktis similajn veturilojn kaj ankaŭ pafilojn por la japana armeo. La firmao travivis la eksplodigon de la atombombo, ĉar holmo donis ombrelon.

La nomo de la entrepreno venas de Ahura Mazda, kies prononco proksimas al la nomo de la marko.

La entrepreno ekproduktis en 1960 la personajn aŭtomobilojn kaj en 1967 decidis sin je uzado de la turn-piŝta Vankel-motoro. Komence de la 1970-aj jaroj jam pli ol duono de la Mazda-aŭtoj estis muntita per tiu motoro. Malavantaĝo de la Vankelmotoro estis la malbona efikgrado de la pelaĵoj. Kiam la benzinprezoj altiĝis komence de la 1970-aj jaroj abrupte, la vendo de Mazda-oj falis krute.

La firmao maldungis laboristojn plibonigis la produktemecon kaj revenis al la pli tradiciaj, ekonomiaj motoroj kaj evoluis al unu el la plej grandaj japanaj veturil-produktistoj. En 1981 produktis ĝi kelkajn tipojn ankoraŭ kun pli efikgrada vankelmotoro.

La refortiĝon de la Mazda helpis la kontaktoj al Ford Motor Company. La Mazda liveris duonaksojn al Ford kaj la aŭtojn produktitajn en Usono surmarketigis Ford. Ford ankaŭ aĉetis 33 % de Mazda-akcioj en 1996.

La entrepreno Mazda produktas ankaŭ ŝtonborajn maŝinojn, il-maŝinojn kaj instrumentojn.
