Looking for someone to provide a new map please, to replace the rather amateurish one I have here. The information in mine is all correct and accurate, but it’s visually poor.

The information on what happened and the routes is from the following:

Hi all, I've been working on expanding the wiki article for Le Train, a private rail company in France, and would appreciate it if someone could make a map based on this low-resolution map they provide on their official website that I can include in the article. @Jh15s: is the Angers to Rennes line correct (i.e., not straight) or has it been altered for readability purposes? If it is correct, do you know the location of that top corner? M.Bitton (talk) 23:33, 19 June 2023 (UTC)

@M.Bitton: Thanks for taking up my request! I've had a look on OpenRailwayMap and OpenStreetMap and yes, the Angers to Rennes line does have a turn/corner where it turns left to head to Rennes. The nearest landmark seems to be a forest called the "Bois de Sirion" and the nearest towns are "Auvers-le-Hamon" and "Asnieres-sur-Vegre", though both are quite some distance away from the line itself.  Done @Jh15s: please have a look at the map and let me know if I missed anything or if something needs adjusting. I used this source to make it more precise, but you prefer straight lines (similar to the low resolution map), that can easily be done. M.Bitton (talk) 11:58, 21 June 2023 (UTC)

@M.Bitton: Apologies for the late reply - I've had a look and the map looks great, thank you so much for doing this! I think geographical accuracy is probably better for Wikipedia rather than the more inaccurate straight lines the low resolution map uses so I think it's better we keep it as is. The more that table is filled in the easier (and thus faster) this will be. Maybe also include the states that have explicitly made trans healthcare a basic right? I know Connecticut has passed legislation protecting people leaving the more restrictive states, and I think either NY or MA has too. Including "safe haven" states would make this a little less upsetting, and a little more likely to pass WP:NPOV

I found that there were some missing in this map. Six countries including Luxembourg, the Republic of Ireland, Cyprus, Armenia, Burma and Cambodia, together with Greece, France, Greece, Russia, China, Vietnam and other countries, opposing the Iraq War. I suggest changing the colors of the six countries including Luxembourg, the Republic of Ireland, Cyprus, Armenia, Burma and Cambodia to the same blue color as those of Germany, France, Greece, Russia, China and Vietnam. Thanks. At the same time, Ukraine should be changed to gray, and the Solomon Islands and Rwanda should be changed to yellow like Japan. Hi Boston Mayflower, do you have reliable sources to support these changes? I don't see those countries mentioned in the articles you linked, except Ireland and Ukraine which are mentioned in the international reactions article, which supports their current colors. I'm not sure I understand; those articles don't seem to support your requested changes. Iraq–European Union relations#UK and Spain says that Ireland was neutral (gray), and Coalition of the willing (Iraq war)#List of ocuntries says that Ukraine was included in the coalition of the willing (yellow). But you're suggesting that Ireland should be blue (opposing the invasion) and Ukraine should be gray (neutral)? Justin Kunimune (talk) 00:22, 29 January 2026 (UTC)

@Justinkunimune Turkey is also a member of the Coalition of the willing, but despite this, Turkey never provided any support for the US invasion during the 2003 Iraq War. On the contrary, it adopted a passive and neutral attitude. Boston Mayflower (talk) 16:59, 9 February 2026 (UTC)
