your implying that Clitoromegaly is fiction to. since it's a rare condition hardly any cases are documented. Clitoromegaly has a total of 3 google pages with content. which if you look to the size of the entire web is almost nothing. The term "Phallumegaly" does not exist outside of the TV show so it doesn't belong in an encyclopedia. You should look up: Megalopenis, megalophallus, macrophallus, macropenis. phallumegaly is a different word for a medical condition resulting in a megalopenis.

It is not a medical term.
