Hello, Candleguy. Regarding using a photo from stock.xchng, the short answer is no, you cannot use material borrowed from other web sites. The less short version is that Wikipedia can only use images that are licensed under a free license (such as the GFDL) or that are in the public domain. A more explicit statement to that effect is here: "SELLING AND REDISTRIBUTION OF THE IMAGE (INDIVIDUALLY OR ALONG WITH OTHER IMAGES) IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! DO NOT SHARE THE IMAGE WITH OTHERS!". Because of the limitation on redistribution, we unfortunately cannot use it.
