Ticheville (French pronunciation: [tiʃvil]) is a commune in the Orne department in north-western France.
The commune is made up of the following collection of villages and hamlets, Le Bocage and Ticheville.[3]
The commune along with another 11 communes shares part of a 1,400 hectare, Natura 2000 conservation area, called the Haute Vallée de la Touques et affluents.[4]
The commune has the Touques flowing through its borders, plus four other streams, La Roulandiere, The Pres Garreaux, The Tanneries and The Valame.
Ticheville is home to Haras du Mezeray, a Thoroughbred racehorse breeding farm founded by Paul de Moussac in 1962.[5]
Priory of Ticheville is a former 14th centuayy priory that was listed as a Monument historique in 1994.[6]
