Cowboy boots are listed under work boot/shoes and while they started there, there are dress & fashion cowboy boots. The article Plimsoll shoe needs to be added to the template, but there is a lot of parochial ire over the meaning of "pump". Perhaps someone with interest in this area could sort things out? You can't have men's shoes taken as the norm with lady's as a subset. Either use two top levels, or else make Men's a sublevel of the a general dress shoes topic.
