Of his singing yes; compositions, not so much.

(Note that since many 20th-century works are copyrighted, it may not be possible to acquire more than brief fair use samples of those works, but efforts should be made to do so.) This article may merit a B rating as a general biography; as a bio of a composer, it is deficient; only one short paragraph is devoted to this aspect of his life. No discussion of compositions, influences, or musical style; no works list (at a minimum we would need a discussion of how we know he was prolific, if many his works didn't survive to be catalogued). If these sorts of details are not available in the documentary record, this should be mentioned.

I recommend downrate to Composer Start class. (Note that this article was previously unassessed, and had been automatically up-rated to B due to other projects' B ratings.)
