The quoted on-line source refers to Eloy's assumed training at a "Moulin de Monnaie at Versailles" rather than the Monnaie de Paris, as the royal mint was always sited and called. I think the authors have probably made a mistake as other sources simply mention the "Paris Mint", but it's somewhat perplexing as I can't find any other source which mentions a "Moulin de Monnais" at Versailles.
