I'm not sure why you think that, as it looks like Corticopontine fibers are to the pons, and Corticobulbar are to the medulla. Could it be entered by someone who knows, that the Corticopontine fibers are carried by the Internal Capsule? I did find this: "The cortico-pontine-cerebellar tract brings motor information to the cerebellum from the frontal lobe. It leaves the precentral gyrus (motor strip) and descends in the internal capsule along with pyramidal tract fibers. Its axons synapse with cells in the pons.
