I am really unfamiliar here, so i hope it is ok that I offer a few updates and expansions:

1. As of April 1, 2021, Prof. Chaim Noy is the Chair of the School of Communication in Bar Ilan University. See https://communication.biu.ac.il/faculty

2. Chaim Noy's father, Prof. Dov Noy, has a Wikipedia entry in Hebrew (https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%93%D7%91_%D7%A0%D7%95%D7%99) which should be linked.

3. The same goes for his mother, Dr. Tamar Noy (https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%AA%D7%9E%D7%A8_%D7%A0%D7%95%D7%99)

4. The same goes for his paternal uncle, Meir Noy (https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%9E%D7%90%D7%99%D7%A8_%D7%A0%D7%95%D7%99)
