The codex contains the text of the four Gospels, on 179 parchment leaves (size 19.3 cm by 14.5 cm),[3] with some lacunae (Matthew 5:1-6:15; 6:29-8:12; John 4:31-21:25). The leaves are arranged in quarto (four leaves in quire).[1][6]
The text is written in one column per page, 21 lines per page.[3] It contains lectionary markings at the margin for liturgical use.[1]
