Lee So-young (Korean이소영; Hanja李素英; born (1994-10-17)17 October 1994) is a South Korean volleyball player. She is part of the South Korea women's national volleyball team at the 2020 Summer Olympics. The team finished at fourth place in 2020.

She participated in the 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix. On club level she was rostered to GS Caltex in 2012, before signing for Daejeon KGC in 2021.[1][2]
