Scottish footballer
John Morrison (26 January 1889 – 26 January 1972) was a Scottish professional footballer who made 120 appearances in the Scottish League for Falkirk as a utility player .[ 1] After his retirement from football, he managed Third Lanark , St Mirren and Airdrieonians .[ 2] He was nicknamed 'Slasher'.[ 2]
Personal life
Morrison served as a private in McCrae's Battalion of the Royal Scots during the First World War .[ 3]
