Anzhelika Vitaliivna Savchenko (Ukrainian: Анжеліка Віталіївна Савченко, born 11 August 1982) is a Ukrainian theatre and film actress, and an artist of the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater. She is a Merited and People's Artist of Ukraine.[1][2]
Biography
Savchenko was born in Dnipropetrovsk on 11 August 1982. In 1998, she enrolled in the Dnipropetrovsk State College of Theatre and Arts.
She played her first role as a second-year student in the Tennessee Williams play Sweet Bird of Youth, directed by Vadym Pinsky, playing the part of Helena on stage at the Gorky Theatre of Russian Drama and Comedy.
After graduating in 2002, she joined the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theatre, where she works to this day.[3]
